Terms of use

Effective October 30, 2026

These terms are between you and Glass Devtools, Inc. (“we”) and cover the SLAMMY’S app and this website, slammys.app. By using either, you agree to them.

The app

SLAMMY’S is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few things that are specific to SLAMMY’S.

Fold with care

SLAMMY’S scores how fast you fold your iPhone Duo shut. Fold it the way it’s designed to fold: keep hold of it, keep fingers, cables and anything else out of the hinge, and never throw, drop or hit it. The broken glass is only on screen. You’re responsible for your device, and we aren’t responsible for any damage to it.

Fair play

Leaderboards run on Apple’s Game Center, under Apple’s terms. Don’t cheat or tamper with the app or the leaderboards. We may remove scores that look like they weren’t earned by folding.

Our work

The SLAMMY’S name, artwork and app belong to Glass Devtools, Inc. Please don’t copy or redistribute them.

No warranty

SLAMMY’S is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise it will be free of errors, always available, or that the leaderboards will keep every score.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Glass Devtools, Inc. isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for damage to your device, that come from using SLAMMY’S.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and update the date above, and using SLAMMY’S after a change means you accept it.
